okbhet Terms & Conditions of Use

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "okbhet," "we," "us," "our" refers to the okbhet platform and its operating entity, including all web and mobile interfaces accessible at okbhet.net.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses any part of the okbhet platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created through the okbhet registration process, associated with a unique username and verified identity.
• "Platform" means the okbhet website, mobile-optimised site, any apps, and all associated gaming services, including casino games, sports betting, bingo, slots, and live dealer games.
• "Wallet" means the PHP-denominated balance held within a player's okbhet account, used for deposits, wagers, and withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus amounts credited to an account by okbhet as part of a promotion, subject to separate bonus terms.
• "Real Money Funds" means amounts deposited by the player using GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or cryptocurrency, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that provides the regulatory framework under which okbhet operates.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals may be processed or at any point okbhet deems verification necessary.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — compliance obligations under Philippine law that okbhet is required to observe and enforce.

To register and maintain an account on the okbhet platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. okbhet strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine law governing online gaming. Registration by individuals under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines and accessing the platform from within the Philippines.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law — i.e., you are not under legal guardianship or court-ordered restriction that would prevent you from entering contracts.
• You must not be a current self-excluded player. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from okbhet, you are not permitted to register a new account during your exclusion period.
• You must not be a PAGCOR-excluded player or appear on any gaming exclusion register maintained by a Philippine government body.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of okbhet or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid mobile number, and a valid government-issued ID. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the okbhet platform. Multiple account registration — whether using the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

As the registered account holder, you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share these with any other person.
• All activity that occurs within your account, whether or not authorised by you. okbhet is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Ensuring your contact details remain current and accurate. Changes to your mobile number, email address, or residential address must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices. okbhet strongly recommends against accessing your account from public WiFi networks.
• Notifying okbhet immediately via support@okbhet.net if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

All deposits and withdrawals on the okbhet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and supported cryptocurrency wallets. okbhet reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method. okbhet does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits reflect in your okbhet wallet typically within seconds to two (2) minutes of a successful transaction confirmation.
• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification will not be able to process withdrawals regardless of wallet balance.
• Withdrawal processing times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 3–10 minutes. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–3 business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30–60 minutes, subject to blockchain network conditions.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. okbhet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or wallets. Any attempt to withdraw to an unverified or third-party account will be declined and may trigger an AML review.
• okbhet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests, including for AML compliance purposes. Withdrawal requests may be held pending document verification.
• In cases where a bonus has been applied to your account, withdrawal eligibility may be subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 5.

okbhet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering requirements apply to all Bonus Funds. Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, a standard wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited at okbhet's discretion and may be subject to eligibility criteria including minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and time limits.
• One bonus per player, per promotion. Players found to be exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any form of bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
• okbhet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including mid-promotion, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds are tracked separately within your wallet. Real Money Funds are used before Bonus Funds unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, okbhet's interpretation of the applicable promotion terms shall be final.

All games available on the okbhet platform — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, poker, bingo, sabong, and sports betting — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface, in addition to these general platform terms. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.

• Game outcomes for RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generation systems. okbhet does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party game studios. Their studio-specific rules and dealer decisions are final within the parameters of the applicable game rules.
• Sports betting odds are set by okbhet and may change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the odds at the time of confirmation apply.
• okbhet reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, system errors, or circumstances where the integrity of a sporting event has been compromised.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, bets may be voided and stakes returned. okbhet's decision on game outcomes affected by technical issues is final.
• Maximum win limits apply to certain games and promotions. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or promotion and represent the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from a single session, spin, or bet regardless of the actual outcome shown.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the okbhet platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions that may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering using another person's identity or fraudulent documentation.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered bug will be forfeited.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, particularly in poker or live card game formats, including through external communication channels.
• Using the okbhet platform for any form of money laundering or to facilitate transactions connected to criminal activity. okbhet is required to report suspicious financial activity to appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with AML obligations.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing okbhet staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel connected to the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account, intercept communications, or compromise the security infrastructure of the platform in any way.

okbhet is committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming for all players in the Philippines. We believe gaming should remain a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: You may set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications displaying how long you have been gaming and your net win/loss during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request voluntary self-exclusion from the okbhet platform for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the nominated exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Request a short-term break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days if you feel you need time away from gaming without committing to full self-exclusion.

okbhet strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If you are aware of an underage individual accessing gambling services, please report this to support@okbhet.net immediately.

Your use of the okbhet platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• okbhet collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).
• Your data is stored on secure servers. okbhet does not sell your personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
• Data may be shared with PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities where legally required.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations. Contact support@okbhet.net with data requests.

All content on the okbhet platform — including but not limited to the okbhet logo, brand name, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and the structure of the platform — is the intellectual property of okbhet or its licensed content providers.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written consent from okbhet.
• The okbhet brand name and logo may not be used in any context — including social media, websites, or printed materials — without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the okbhet platform or its games is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbhet's liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform is limited as follows:

• okbhet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• okbhet is not responsible for losses arising from your decisions to place bets or play games. All gaming carries inherent financial risk, and you participate at your own discretion.
• okbhet is not liable for interruptions to the platform caused by third-party infrastructure including internet service providers, payment processors, mobile networks, or force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, or government-ordered service restrictions.
• Where okbhet is found liable, our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either you or okbhet may close a player account, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary closure by the player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support@okbhet.net. Before closure is processed, any remaining Real Money Funds balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
• Suspension by okbhet: okbhet may suspend or permanently close an account immediately and without prior notice if the account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, provided fraudulent information during registration, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required by PAGCOR or other regulatory authority.
• Upon account closure by okbhet for breach, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are forfeited. Real Money Funds may be withheld pending investigation and returned net of recoverable losses or costs in cases of confirmed fraud.
• okbhet reserves the right to conduct post-closure audits and report findings to PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement, or financial regulators where required by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through okbhet's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

okbhet's internal dispute resolution process requires that any complaint be submitted in writing to support@okbhet.net. okbhet will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days. Players are encouraged to exhaust the internal resolution process before pursuing external legal remedies.

For disputes relating to okbhet's compliance with PAGCOR regulations, players may also direct complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

okbhet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, okbhet will:

• Update the Effective Date displayed at the top of this page.
• Send a notification to your registered email address or mobile number summarising the key changes, at least 7 days before the changes take effect where practicable.
• Display a prominent notice on the platform advising players to review the updated terms.

Your continued use of the okbhet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
